Healthy Avocado Brownies {PALEO}


  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 2 avocados
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  •  1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chopped & melted
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup honey or 3 tbsp Stevia (optional)
Preheat oven to 350 degress. Puree avocado in the blender or food processor. Blend in melted chocolate, eggs, oil, and vanilla. Transfer mixture into a mixing bowl and add the flours and salt. You can add Stevia or honey if you desire a sweeter brownie.
